  Andrew Simila - Manager of Operations & Professional Staffing
Andrew is an experienced staffing professional with over eight years as a professional, office and accounting recruiter and several years of managing high performing staffing teams. He has developed a distinguished list of clients who count on his skills and expertise to help them build and maintain exceptional human resources talent and to provide sage advice on how to solve their toughest human resources challenges. His community involvement includes 20/30, YPN, Chamber of Commerce and Children's Miracle Network.

Janet Fuston - Front Office / Payroll Coordinator
Janet has been with the Eugene Express office for two years. Before coming to Express, she worked as a manager in consumer lending and spent some time working in Insurance and Financial Services. Janet enjoys helping businesses connect with the perfect employees and making sure that both have a safe and healthy work environment. An active member and current Speaker Chair for the Lane County chapter of SHRM, she is currently preparing to begin the PHR certification process. Outside of the office, Janet enjoys camping, boating and riding quads. A native of California, Janet came to Eugene 11 years ago and is proud to call Lane County home. 

   Mike Murphy - Sales Manager 
Mike joined Express in April of 2007, bringing with him a background that includes 27 years in the financial services field. He started his banking career in the mail room and worked his way up to a senior leader position responsible for retail and small business banking for a super-regional banking company. His move to Express was driven in large part by the opportunity to transfer his leadership and business development skills to a locally-owned, solutions-oriented, people-driven small business; one where he could positively impact the lives of associates and clients alike. A graduate of Lewis-Clark State College, Pacific Coast Banking School, and numerous leadership and sales management programs, Mike is excited to be a part of the Eugene community helping good people to find good jobs and working with business clients and prospects throughout Lane County to navigate the headaches that often accompany human resource administration.
